“Celebrating 90 Years of Success” is the title of Carolyn Brink’s popular presentation on Emily Griffith Opportunity School, Denver’s unique adult education complex.  Opportunity School was one of the first free public education institutions in the nation.  One part history, one part inspiration, her talk weaves together the story of Emily Griffith, a brief history of this innovative institution, and  moving narratives of former Opportunity School students.  Her talk can include a power point presentation, if the hosting facility is able to accommodate it.  The presentation can be between ten and twenty minutes and will be tailored to the interests and needs of the group to whom she is presenting.  At its conclusion, she is happy to answer questions. 

A former administrator at Emily Griffith Opportunity School, Carolyn is highly knowledgeable about the school and is passionately committed to its ongoing success.  

Carolyn is also willing to meet with book groups, lead the discussion about her book, and give insights into how the book was written and more details on its contents.  Her book guide is also available on this web site.
